    You are so right about every single one of these tips. I try to live by lots of water, very little sugar and balanced meals.

    Eating clean has made such a difference in my life. Not only have I lost quite a bit of weight, but I just feel better. Losing the sugar has probably made the biggest impact for me. Amazing that you’d think sugar gives you tons of energy but really it just gives you a fake high and then brings you down fast. Get rid of it!
