    I love how you described kettlebells! LOL. I’ve been wanting to try them for ages, but have always been worried that I might hurt myself. After reading your post though, I’m a little less apprehensive to give them a go 🙂

    I have worked with Kettle weights and I love them for my upper arms that are so hard to keep firm. I have not used mine in a while, but hoping I can get back to them soon to get in shape quickly!

    Coming from Russia, I didn’t know that kettlebells originated there! I have weights at home, just bought heavier ones than I had before. Kettlebells have always looked a bit daunting. However, having read the article, I am going to give it a thought. Maybe will try first before buying, to see how I will cope. After that – who knows – I may start working out using kettlebells! 🙂
